new. City Fit classes will: energize your body and mind;
build endurance and agility; increase your flexibility;
strengthen your core, and; take you to a new level of
fitness.

Flow
Yoga
Instructor: Andrea Webb
For ages 13yrs & up
Flow Yoga is based on Ashtanga practice. An active yoga
class incorporating breath with movement to increase
strength, flexibility and focus.
Women’s RunFit
Instructor: Andrea Vincent
For women ages 13yrs & up
Women’s RunFit teaches women proper running form in a
fun, supportive environment by combining form and strength
drills, breathing techniques, Pilates core work, and plenty
of running to improve speed, stamina, and gait. RunFit
is geared toward beginner and intermediate runners.
RunOm
Instructors: Andrea Vincent, Andrea Webb
For men and women ages 13yrs & up
RunOm
is a revolutionary new concept designed by Andrea and Andrea
combining running with both power and restorative yoga.
RunOm
classes help runners experience the abundant benefits of
yoga to remain injury-free and stronger. Yogis will
benefit by learning proper running form, and adding a
consistent coach-led running regimen to their practice.
These workouts are somewhat customized according to each
student's experience with yoga, as well as their current
running pace, distance and specific goals.

RunFit Kids
Instructors: Corky Sturtevant, Andrea
VincentFor Kids Grades 3 thru 8
RunFit Kids Running Clinic is a
2-day program available for kids in grades 3 thru 8. Our
clinic is the perfect fit whether your child currently plays
sports or simply wants to learn to love running. RunFit Kids
provides a fun and safe environment to learn about running
mechanics, proper nutrition/hydration, pacing, and goal
setting. Our instruction includes dynamic warm-ups,
strengthening and speed drills, plyometrics, and plenty of
games. We want kids at all levels to learn how to run
better, faster and smarter. Kids will leave this clinic with
increased running knowledge, and enhanced love for the
sport.

Intense-City Fit Combo Class

Intense-City Fit
Combo Class
gives is a powerful class that combines bootcamp-style
drills

high intensity strength training
+
Power Yoga and Pilates for ONE INTENSE FULL-BODY CLASS
that will give you FAST results. Our students see
immediate muscle development, strength improvement, and
greater cardiovascular abilities, as well as weight loss.

CityFit-Neighborhood-Class
Classes are 8-weeks, held in YOUR very own
neighborhood. You can't get more convenient than that!
Minimum of 5 students required. This class can be a bootcamp, yoga, runfit, runom, or any combination you
choose.
You help us recruit
the students in your neighborhood and you receive a 10%
discount. We can meet in a common area, park, yard or
even a garage or community building/pavilion. You
choose the days and times. Available year round.
